Job summary

ABL Health Care in Vallejo, CA is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Home Health. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver in-home physical therapy to improve mobility and quality of life, collaborating with the Clinical Director and team.

Candidates must hold a CA PTA license, have at least 1 year of Home Health experience, and possess a valid CA driver’s license. Travel within a 15–25 mile radius is expected, with a range of benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License to practice in California.
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health care experience.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within the care plan and in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and document changes.
• Maintain accurate records using company devices and comply with policies.
