Las Colinas Post Acute in the United States is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting focused on patient-centered care.

You will work with therapy and nursing teams to support residents' function, provide PTA-directed treatments, assist with exercises and gait training, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and maintain compliant documentation to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in good standing.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and compassionate, patient-first mindset.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality care.

Responsabilités

• Provide PTA-directed treatments under PT supervision.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to the PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative rehab environment.
