Job summary

The Eden of Las Colinas in Irving, TX, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The facility provides post-acute and geriatric care with a stable, compassionate therapy team focused on patient recovery.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering skilled interventions, wound care, and creating discharge summaries. New grads welcome; PTA license required for employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Generate discharge summaries meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
