Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our growing team in Mount Morris, IL. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, ensure appropriate patient selection, and collaborate to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients and coordinate with PT for eval/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
