Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Mount Morris, IL. The position offers a 25–32 USD hourly compensation in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting and includes comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

The PTA will deliver therapy under a licensed PT, contribute to treatment planning, document outcomes, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations. Immigrant H1B support is available in some cases.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
