Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Mount Morris, IL. You will provide PT-backed therapy in skilled nursing facilities, with strong clinical education and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
