Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Mount Morris, IL. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

This role requires an active PTA license to apply and is set in SNF and long-term care settings. You will deliver PT treatments under supervision, help identify suitable patients for therapy, and document care to meet regulatory standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
