Job summary

Tier1usa, Renewal Rehab's affiliated team, is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/Long‑Term Care setting as a full‑time PTA. You will provide therapy under supervision, identify patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
