Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.

You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in patient selection and therapy, maintain regulatory documentation, and contribute to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
