Job summary

Tier1usa's Renewal Rehab is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. We offer competitive pay and flexible schedules within a supportive team.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help identify suitable patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, maintain compliance, and support documentation. We also provide online CEU credits and immigration assistance for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
