Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant to support resident care by planning, directing, and delivering PTA services in accordance with standards and CMS/NetHealth requirements.

Responsibilities include providing PTA services per standards, documenting and billing, evaluating residents, developing treatment plans with short and long-term goals, and communicating findings to residents and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Ability to evaluate and plan resident therapy programs.
• Maintain documentation and billing per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Develop short and long-term treatment goals and plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
