Job summary

AristaCare at GreenBrook is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house team. You will provide PTA services to residents in accordance with standards, participate in evaluation, planning, and implementation of therapy programs, and ensure compliant CMS documentation in NextHealth EMR.

The role supports 7A-3P or 9A-5P shifts, with PRN options as needed. The candidate will hold an associate's degree in physical therapy, be licensed in state(s) of practice, and engage in ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have an active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for PT services.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
