Job summary

Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Lafayette Hill, PA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, gait, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and report updates to the supervising PT.
