HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for a full-time position at Lutheran Rehab and Skilled Care Center in Worcester, MA. The PTA will work within a long-term care setting alongside a multidisciplinary team to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in PTA, valid state licensure or eligibility, and strong clinical skills in assessment and therapy.

Formación

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
