John Goetze Physical Therapy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time role in a hands-on clinical environment, focusing on evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and guiding rehabilitation across orthopedic, sports, and neurological cases.

You will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, document progress, and collaborate with physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered interpersonal skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide post-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation as needed.
