Qualifications

• Computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under supervision of the physical therapist.
• Ensure completion of all required documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to the established policies and procedures of the center.
• Fulfill duties assigned by the physical therapist or Site Coordinator.
• Report injuries or adverse reactions during or after treatment.
• Participate in patient review conferences and staffing.
• Assist the Site Coordinator with Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and Infection Control activities.
• Supervise volunteers and PTA students as applicable.
• Participate in center in-service activities.
