Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Claremore is seeking Team Members to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator to provide a positive dining experience and uphold the restaurant’s values.

The role includes Front-of-House and Kitchen responsibilities, requires consistent reliability, a cheerful attitude, and teamwork. You will be on your feet for several hours, with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week year round,

• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain personal knowledge by in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.

• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
