Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and a positive dining experience in a friendly environment.

Team Members work with independent Owner/Operators in full-time or part-time roles, with opportunities for learning and leadership development while staying true to Chick-fil-A values.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: Smile, make eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and connect with guests.

• Back of House: Prepare and present food safely, stock kitchen, keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow in-house training and adapt to new products and processes.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries,, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
