Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production associate in Stilwell, OK. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a 1st shift from 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and ensure all items meet quality standards in a food manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand on concrete for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as directed; document waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).
