Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Looking for a fulfilling, full-time role where you can make a difference every day? We are currently recruiting for full-time Primary Teaching Assistant positions in the CF43 area, working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you have classroom experience or are looking to start your career in education, we would love to hear from you.

Full-time positions available in local primary schools

Supporting pupils in class and 1:1, including those with additional learning needs

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

Supporting the development of social, emotional, and academic skills

Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement

Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and parents/carers

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed

Ability to adapt and work well as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) - we can assist you with this
