Premise Health is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse for our Health Center in Elko, NV. You will provide clinical care to employees and dependents, including exams, testing, medication administration, and patient education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe, infection-controlled environment. Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri with one weekend per month (Sat-Sun 8:00am-2:00pm).

Qualifications

• ASN required to practice nursing in state of licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in NV.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for further medical care.
• Conduct tests such as EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision screenings.
• Administer medications and provide emergency care as allowed by scope.
• Maintain equipment and infection control standards.
