Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Elko, NV is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the health center team and oversee patient care for employees and dependents. The role offers schedule options: 4x10s (Mon-Thu 8:00–7:00) or 5x8s (Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00).

You will supervise staff, manage clinic operations, maintain patient records, and ensure infection control and privacy. Requirements include an accredited Nursing degree, active RN license in Nevada, BLS (ACLS may be required), and 3+ years

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope
• Three+ years RN experience in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to health center staff in collaboration with Site Medical Leader
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members
• Manage and monitor clinic staff schedules and patient care
• Oversee nursing care for all patients and maintain clinical records
• Ensure infection control, patient privacy, and safe environment
