Job summary

West Valley School District #363 Early Learning Center in Spokane Valley, WA seeks an ECEAP 3rd – ECEAP Paraeducator to support preschool programs under the Special Services Director and Lead Teacher. Salary follows the SNAP Paraeducator schedule with placement based on experience.

Work includes implementing daily classroom activities, supporting meals, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; AND one of the following education requirements: AA or higher, 72 quarter credits, or passing an assessment.
• First aid and CPR card within 90 days of hire.
• TB test requirements and immunization proof as specified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in daily classroom program and safety of students.
• Prepare classroom environment for developmentally appropriate activities.
• Contribute to a positive educational climate for students to learn.
• Follow ECEAP performance standards and TS Gold curriculum.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
