Job summary

Spokane Public Schools is seeking a paraeducator to support students in Preschool classrooms, working with a certificated teacher to implement IEPs, accommodations, and data collection.

The role includes assisting with mobility, personal care, de-escalation training, and supervision across multiple settings. Benefits include SEBB health coverage and holidays.

Hours are 7 per day, 8:00 to 3:30, with ASAP start; candidates must have HS diploma and credits.

Qualifications

• Provide instruction in core academic areas per teacher plans.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and data collection.
• Demonstrate ability to work with students with diverse disabilities.
• Willingness to complete required trainings including de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities
