Job summary

Compass Group USA, at Central Community College-Hastings in Hastings, NE, is hiring a full-time Prep Cook. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:00 am–7:30 pm and Friday 10:30 am–2:30 pm. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour with benefits available. Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards. Essential duties include following production schedules, preparing items from recipes, maintaining HACCP

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; tastes meals for quality.
• Serves customers at multiple stations and ensures proper portion control.
