Compass Group USA’s Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook at Carleton College, 1 North College Street, Northfield, MN 55057. Open availability is required, and previous prep cooking experience is essential.

You will prepare items to recipes, operate and clean equipment, follow HACCP guidelines, and serve guests at multiple stations. This on-site role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to learn and grow within a national dining

Qualifications

• Must have previous prep cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
