Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining, operating within the Donna Klein Jewish Academy in Boca Raton, is seeking a full-time Prep Cook. You will prepare items per recipes, adhere to HACCP guidelines, and support service at multiple stations from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Previous cooking experience is preferred, and kosher experience is a plus. The role offers training, free meals, uniforms, laundering, and opportunities to join a leading school dining program.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food following recipes and production sheets.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and serves food at multiple stations.

• Resolves customer concerns and maintains quality and safety.
