Job summary

FLIK Independent School Dining in Boca Raton, FL is hiring for a full-time prep cook to support the Donna Klein Jewish Academy kitchen. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and appropriate serving temperatures.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
