Eurest USA is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at the Intel RA4 Cafe in Cornelius, OR. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, with online applications accepted. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, and internal referral bonuses are available.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of prep experience in a commercial kitchen. This role involves following recipes, production schedules, and HACCP guidelines to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience prepping in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to recipes and daily production schedule.
• Assist Chef with production sheets and maintain portion control.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment following department procedures.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Take customer orders and prepare items with short preparation time.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation in accordance with regulations.
