Job summary

Eurest in Cornelius, OR is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for a 5:00 am–1:00 pm weekday schedule. Must have at least 2 years of commercial kitchen prep experience; wage range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include following recipes and production sheets, maintaining logs, HACCP compliance, operating and cleaning equipment, and delivering friendly service at multiple stations. Benefits are offered for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience prepping in a commercial kitchen.
• Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:00 am–1:00 pm.
• Experience with HACCP guidelines preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Maintain daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Label and date all food items and follow HACCP guidelines.
• Take orders from customers and serve at multiple stations.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide friendly service.
