Compass Group USA's Chartwells Higher Ed is seeking a full-time Prep Cook in Highland Heights, KY. You will prepare meals according to recipes, assist with daily production, and serve customers in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production is required; catering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grill and serves customers at multiple stations.
