Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at Mayo Clinic, Fairmont, MN. The role requires following recipes and production schedules, preparing meals to standard portions, and maintaining HACCP-compliant procedures. Shifts run 6:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs, tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy, follows HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and assists with other duties as assigned.
