Qualifications

• Experience with food production, salad bar and desserts preferred.
• Full-time availability; schedule Mon-Fri 7:00 am–3:00 pm with some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP.
• Takes orders and serves customers at multiple stations.
