Qualifications

• Prepares items according to recipes and production sheets.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains production schedules from the Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Performs daily tasks to ensure proper portions and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe storage of food items.
• Assists with customer service at multiple stations and fast food line.
• Follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
