Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at the Intel RA4 Cafe in Cornelius, OR. The job requires at least 2 years of prep experience in a commercial kitchen and a 5:00 am–1:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday. You will follow production sheets, ensure quality, and maintain HACCP standards.

As part of Eurest, you will join a team focused on safe, efficient service and high standards across all food preparation and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience prepping in a commercial kitchen.
• Full-time availability; Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills and serves customers at multiple stations.
