Eurest is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at Delta Sea - 17801 International Boulevard, Seatac, WA 98158. You will prepare items according to recipes and production schedules, aiming for quality and timely service.

Requirements include food safety, food prep, and cooking experience. You must be able to work weekends/holidays and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and proper handling of ingredients.
• Experience with food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and production standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports kitchen operations.
