Job summary

Eurest in Portland, OR is hiring for a full-time PREP COOK. The role involves cooking, prep, and serving customers in a fast-paced foodservice environment. You’ll follow production sheets and recipes, operate and clean equipment, and ensure HACCP standards are met.

Delta location details apply, with weekly pay and parking benefits. Schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 am to 1:30 pm. Must be able to work holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, prep and food safety required.
• Ability to follow production sheets and recipes.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in line with production schedules and recipes.
• Serves customers efficiently and maintains quality.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment according to procedures.
• Following HACCP guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
• Maintains accurate labeling, dating and storage of items.
