Job summary

Eurest in Seattle is hiring immediately for full-time Cook positions at the Seattle location (400 9th Avenue N, Seattle WA 98109). The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with applications accepted online.

Cook experience is required and you’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll prepare high-quality items per standard recipes, ensure correct portions and temperatures, and maintain cleanliness and food safety per HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Cook experience required.
• Full-time schedule, Sunday–Thursday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm.
• Requires ability to work in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and safeties per HACCP standards.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
