Job summary

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience in hotels, restaurants, and/or resorts required.
• Must have great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items, ingredients, and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders.
• Handle tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep dining area clean and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Assist during special events and perform other duties as needed.
