Job summary

Dividend Restaurant Group is seeking a Full-Time Prep Chef in Boston, starting at $22/hour with room to grow. You will support the kitchen by prepping ingredients, handling knives, and assisting Line Cooks and Pantry as needed. This role emphasizes hygiene, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain a clean, safe Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer, and follow all DRG standards. This is a Non-Exempt, on-site position with competitive benefits.

• Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
