Responsibilities

• Assist line cooks and prep ingredients for service.
• Maintain a clean, safe prep area, walk-in cooler and freezer.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service.
