Job summary

Baltimore County Public Schools is looking for a dedicated Paraeducator to support students in the PreK classroom. Key responsibilities include assisting with arrival activities, reinforcing learning, and maintaining classroom materials.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant pre-kindergarten experience is preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay between $23.05 and $38.04 based on education.

Qualifications

• Attainment of ONE of the following qualifications: ParaPathways or Foundations of Classroom Support.
• Experience working with students in a pre-kindergarten setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with learning activities and breakfast.
• Reinforce instructional concepts established by the teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom equipment.

Skills
