Position Details

Artisan at Creekside is seeking a Full-time Porter. Responsibilities include:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs (minor plumbing, patching/painting, electrical, HVAC)
2. Proper removal and disposal of trash
3. Complete preventative maintenance tasks
4. Inspect buildings and grounds daily to clear debris, address minor issues, and report concerns
5. Make-ready assignments in vacated apartments
6. Maintain and secure company-owned equipment
7. Participate in safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency evacuations
8. Rotating evening and weekend on-call duty; report to the community as needed

Required Qualifications

1. General maintenance experience
2. Make-ready experience (preferred)
3. Own/provide basic hand tools
4. HVAC experience/training (license a plus)
5. Valid driver’s license
6. Excellent time management and ability to work independently
7. Effective communication skills with residents and team members
8. Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
9. Certifications such as CPO, electrical, or EPA (preferred)
10. Bilingual English-Spanish (a plus)
