Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of the lobby and other hotel public areas.

Shift Requirements

• Looking for flexibility with morning or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby and other public areas.
• Contribute positively to the team.
• Prepare for guest requests.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
• Complete additional duties as assigned, including other facets of housekeeping.
• Respond immediately to dangerous conditions.
• Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed timely.
• Handle guest issues and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure guest preferences are met.
• Verify task completion before shift end.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working condition.
• Be courteous to guests and employees.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Possess knowledge of chemical mixtures and label reading.
• Overcome obstacles resourcefully.

Supportive Functions

This may include cleaning guest rooms and delivering amenities.
