Castle of Downers Grove is hiring a Full-Time Porter to maintain vehicle appearance, manage inventory and assist with dealership operations in Downers Grove, IL. Responsibilities include cleaning vehicles, tagging, moving cars, delivering vehicles, and supporting the general manager’s display standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a positive, customer‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident and outgoing.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly and move cars as directed by the GM.
• Drive vehicles to and from requested areas as needed.
• Make key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Porter Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from requested areas as needed
• Make key tags for and handle the inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Full-Time Porter Qualifications
