Castle of Downers Grove is hiring a Full-Time Porter to maintain vehicle appearance, stock tags, and handle inventory tasks on site. You will drive, move, and manage vehicles across the lot while following dealership standards and safety rules.

A positive attitude and reliability are essential to deliver great service to customers and colleagues. This role offers growth potential within the automotive environment and requires dependable transportation and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles and maintain appearance.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lot neat and move cars as directed by the general manager and dealership standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from requested areas.
• Create key tags and manage inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Porter Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from requested areas as needed
• Make key tags for and handle the inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Full-Time Porter Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned hours
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Porter: $15 - $20 per hour
