Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on geriatric rehabilitation.

The PTA will assist the PT in designing and delivering therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents. Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice and work with independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric population.
