Flagship Therapy in Reno, NV is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will have opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin/dysphagia, Abilities Care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory recovery programs.

Qualifications

• PT license required.

• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and skilled interventions per plan.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
