Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in evaluating patients and designing therapy plans.

Responsibilities
