Mercy Hospital Ada, Oklahoma, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join Lifepoint Rehabilitation as a PRN team member. You will evaluate patients and implement prescribed physical therapy plans to restore mobility and reduce pain.

The role includes supervising assistants, ongoing progress documentation, and education on injury prevention. A degree in Physical Therapy and state license are required, with BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement prescribed physical therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments, set goals and tailor interventions to restore function.
• Supervise PT assistants, students, and support staff per regulatory standards.
